Lexie is a Certified Dental Assistant and our Financial/Treatment Coordinator. She has been with our practice since 2008. Lexie enjoys working side by side with our patients. She gets satisfaction from seeing our patients grow into confident individuals as orthodontics takes effect. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with their 2 sons, Cade and Emerson.
Melissa Culpepper, RDA
Melissa is a registered dental assistant and has been in the dental field for 16 years. She has been part of the Harper Orthodontics team since 2016. Melissa enjoys interating with our patients and seeing orthodontic progress throughout treatment. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her son, Aiden, their dogs, and her extended family.
Blanca Berdagio, Treatments Coordinator

Blanca is our financial & Treatment coordinator and has been apart of our crew since November 2021. Blanca has 16 years of dental field experience. She enjoys working close with patients in a fun environment. Away from the office she enjoys spending time with her kids Lilyanah & Desiree, bocce and working out.
Nicki is a Registered Dental Assistant who has been with the practice since 2003. She likes working in a fun and friendly atmosphere and interacting with patients. She also enjoys seeing the great outcome of our patients’ awesome smiles. When she is not at the office, she loves to spend time with family and friends.
Melissa "Mel" Solano, RDA
Mel's favorite thing to do is visit different beaches and enjoy the scenery. She loves spending time with her sausage dog, Milo! she has been in the dental field since 2019! She enjoys working with patients to make the most our of their time here. She is kind and caring.
